Quick bean soup

About this recipe
This is a reasonably easy and healthy recipe that my mother gave to me.
Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 stalks celery, finely sliced
- 2 cans beans
- 1 can tomato (chopped or crushed)
- Vegetable stock powder
- 3 cloves garlic
Method
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
- Add beans, tomato, celery, 1 or 2 cups water, stock powder.
- Heat through. Serve with pepper and nutritional yeast.
